Drive-through funeral parlour… for mourners who don’t feel like coming to a dead stop
Do you find death an annoying experience? Do you hate dressing up for the funeral, the never-ending priest’s eulogy, and then all that hanging around at the cemetery?
Wouldn’t it be easier if, like a fast-food restaurant’s drive-through service, you could pay your last respects without having to leave the comfort of your own car?
It sounds callous… but this could be the advertising blurb for the Robert L. Adams Mortuary in Compton, Los Angeles.
It has the dubious honour of being the only drive-through funeral service in California - offering a one-stop (or is that non-stop?) service for mourners who are unable or unwilling to take time out of their busy schedules.
